MLS Violation Processing Update

As of April 1, 2015, California Regional MLS will begin the process of handling violation management and enforcement, including the distribution of violation notices, invoicing, and the collection of fines, for the Southwest Riverside County Association of REALTORS®.

If you have any questions regarding a potential violation or a violation that you have received, please direct all inquiries to the California Regional MLS Data Integrity Department by sending an email to di@crmls.org. Please ensure that your email address in your Matrix roster is up to date. Click here for information on updating your email address in the CRMLS Matrix platform. We also recommend adding di@crmls.org to your list of approved email addresses with your email provider.

Please send any MLS exclusion forms to CRMLS within two business days after you have a valid listing agreement. The most common MLS exclusion form is the C.A.R. Form SELM (Seller Instructions to Exclude Listing from the Multiple Listing Service). Please email your MLS exclusion forms to di@crmls.org or fax to (909) 859-2051. As seen below, the subject line and the PDF name for an MLS exclusion form must state “SEL – [insert property address].”
