The Board of Directors of SRCAR no longer authorizes the Association/MLS Staff to ZAP a listing unless it is a duplicate listing (that has been added in error).
When zapping the duplicate listing, the Association/MLS Staff will only zap the listings with the highest number (leaving the original). The Association/MLS staff will not zap properties from the MLS to make it appear that they were never on the MLS. There will always be an original.
