New Legal Article from CAR – Continuing Education Chart

<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000" size="2"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Member Legal Services has published a revised legal article, <a title="http://www.car.org/index.php?id=MTMzNA==" href="http://www.car.org/index.php?id=MTMzNA==">Continuing Education Chart for REALTORS®</a>. It is available on Legal's <a title="http://www.car.org/index.php?id=Ng==" href="http://www.car.org/index.php?id=Ng==">What's New</a> and the <a title="http://www.car.org/index.php?id=NTgz" href="http://www.car.org/index.php?id=NTgz">Legal Articles</a> pages on<i><span style="FONT-STYLE: italic"> C.A.R. Online</span></i>. This chart has been updated to include the new licensing requirements resulting from passage of AB 2429. The new law eliminated conditional licenses but only for those licensees whose applications for a license or exam are received by the DRE on or after October 1, 2007. Thus, there are two sets of educational requirements for a salesperson license renewal.
