NEW CONSUMER ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN LAUNCHES APRIL 16

<p class="MsoNormal"><span>Beginning April 16, C.A.R. will launch a brand new Consumer Advertising Campaign that highlights the value REALTORS® bring to the transaction. Through a bold, new approach and theme: “California REALTORS®. We get it.” the campaign also will raise awareness of the REALTOR® brand and reinforce the professionalism of REALTORS® who belong to C.A.R. This year’s $2.3 million campaign features newly developed creative materials and includes four new radio spots.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The “California REALTORS®. We get it.” campaign features interactive Web banners placed on popular search engine sites like Yahoo!, and Google; contextual Web sites including sunset.com, thisoldhouse,com, and HGTV.com; and leading newspaper and real estate Web sites including Realtor.com®.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Also new for this year, the 2007 Consumer Advertising Campaign includes an e-mail marketing component so members can leverage the campaign by customizing the materials for their own e-marketing efforts.<span> </span> A new Web site developed<span> </span> for consumers, <a href="http://www.yourpieceofcalifornia.com/">www.YourPieceOfCalifornia.com</a>, reinforces key messages of the radio ads while providing valuable information for consumers when buying or selling a home. The Web site will go live April 16 to coincide with the debut of the new radio ads.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Media plans detailing when the radio ads will air in your area will be available later this month on C.A.R. Online (<a href="http://www.car.org/">www.car.org</a>) by clicking on the &quot;Consumer Advertising Campaign&quot; button on the home page. You also can listen to the radio spots, download the Web banners to your association Web site, and download instructions on customizing the direct mail pieces<span> </span> and how to utilize the e-mail marketing components of the campaign.</span></p>
