They are now open on the weekends. Their new hours will be Monday – Friday 8:30AM to 9:00PM and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00AM to 3:00PM. What this means is they won’t pass you on to someone else and assume that it is their issue to resolve. A customer service representative or technician will stay on the phone with you and conference in Association personnel or third-party vendors until the issue is completed to the satisfaction of the member. <br />
