Dear GE Security Customer,

As you may know, we have been working to upgrade our system to make it easier for our customers to cooperate with other boards and MLSs.  The new changes will take effect the evening of Monday, December 14th.  The enhancements to the system include the following changes:

  • ActiveKEY and eKEY keyholders will be able to show property in additional neighboring regions (regions are defined as specific geographic areas within the Supra system) in which they did not previously have access.
  • When cooperating Boards view keyholder information in SupraNET, the information displayed will be current data stored at the keyholder’s primary board.  In other words, if you are the keyholder’s primary board, cooperative boards will view the information you put into SupraNET when they view that keyholder’s record.
  • eKEYs will store up to 50 system codes (just like ActiveKEYs)
  • ActiveKEY users can have system codes added or deleted through PC-Sync instead of having to come in to the Board office. (The agent will need to download newest PC-Sync driver to be able to do this. The agent can still come into the Board office if that’s more convenient).

If your organization is interested in using the coop features with another board or MLS, please contact Customer Liaison for more details on the required steps.

If you have questions about the new coop system, please call us at 1-800-545-9601, and press option One, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Time.

We are very excited to be able to offer you these new coop features.  We hope these features will make it much easier for you to manage keyholders that access properties in multiple boards, across larger areas.  Thanks again for your continued business and please let us know if we can provide any additional information on the changes to the coop system.
