Beginning at 7:30 p.m. PT, Friday Nov.19 the following services will not be available: phone support, pay by phone and fax and email support. This is due to a network upgrade at our Salem, Oregon facility.
Phone support will resume at 5 a.m. PT on Saturday November 20.
Email support and fax support will resume by 5 a.m. PT on Monday Nov 22.
We’ve scheduled the upgrade to have minimal impact on keyholders. Our datacenters are not affected by the upgrade, so keys will be able to update through cradles or the Internet, and SupraWEB will be available.
