Full service has been restored to Supra’s servers. We apologize for the outages today and appreciate your patience. We completed an upgrade at our data center and during this process we uncovered a bug within one of the Network Management systems. We resolved it with our vendor and applied the solution to eliminate any further impact. Enhanced monitoring will occur through the weekend to ensure system availability.
We always try to anticipate and minimize any potential impact our upgrade activity may have on our customers, and this was unforeseen. We apologize for any inconvenience that this caused you and your keyholders.
