Key & Lockbox Services
The Key and Lockbox Service are tools that allows REALTORS® and real estate professionals to securely store and access property keys while it’s on the market. Different Southern California regions use different services. In Southwest Riverside County, Supra eKey is most common.
Supra eKey
If you need lockbox access, you’ll need to subscribe to our Key and Lockbox services provided by Supra. Supra’s Wireless Information Network provides agents with a safe and reliable means for accessing and showing properties, and it provides agents with timely information about their listings.
The Supra key service works throughout Southern California, except San Diego County and a few areas in Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding tSupra key service accessibility.
The eKEY allows you to access lockboxes, which provide storage for property keys. Supra eKEYs work through an app on your Apple or Android device to unlock lockboxes using Bluetooth. To obtain the Supra eKey access, you must have a current SRCAR® MLS membership.

Supra eKey – Single Access
SRCAR® is partnering with Supra to add Single Access with tokens.
We’re excited to provide this feature to membership using the Supra eKEY app. Single Access goes live’ July 7th.
- Register now for live organization and agent training
- Grantors Pays Access (e.g., Listing Agent)
- Granted access to the ‘end users’ is paid within the Supra eKEY app under ‘My Lockboxes’.
- Grantor can pay or pass the fee to grantee

Sentrilock
Sentrilock is the lockbox access commonly used in San Diego. The Sentrilock works through an app on your Apple or Android device. You must be in good standing with your current association to acquire Sentrilock access through SRCAR®
