Jane Borgan is that she has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years, starting as the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS® Education Director and moving on to a training position with the title industry covering all surrounding counties.
Jane moved from title to CRMLS 15 years ago and loves her job as a Lead Systems Trainer. Her work is to understand the needs of Realtors utilizing CRMLS tools and help guide them through understanding the software. Not only does Jane enjoy helping others, but she also loves her team at CRMLS and the entire CRMLS family.
Shelly Walsh, she is the Education and Resources Supervisor for the Compliance Department at CRMLS. Shelly has been with CRMLS for seven years where she started with CRMLS as a Compliance Analyst. Shelly practiced real estate from 2013 to 2019 and has also worked as an Escrow Officer and Notary Public.
Shelly provides presentations to CRMLS users at brokerages and AOR’s, both in-person and online, to educate users on how to avoid being in violation of the CRMLS rules.

Glenn Bosworth of Cal-West Property Inspections
Glenn’s real estate career spans nearly every side of the industry—from agent, broker, and office owner to builder, developer, land acquisition executive, and property inspector.
He has led land acquisition, development, and construction projects throughout Southern California, including residential communities, apartments, condominiums, and medical office buildings for organizations such as Scripps and Sharp/Rees-Stealy. His experience also includes acquiring and entitling large residential projects for national homebuilders and developers, including projects ranging from 70 to 1,000 lots and hundreds of acres.
Today, he remains active in residential development projects in Menifee, Winchester, and Temecula. He is also co-owner of Cal-West Property Inspections with his son, Garrett, now in their eighth year, providing new construction, resale, commercial, SB 721, and sewer and drain inspections.

Brad Bassi is a Certified Residential Appraiser and SRA designated member of the Appraisal Institute with more than three decades of experience helping clients navigate the real estate valuation process.
Brad began his appraisal career in 1992, initially working with high-end residential properties in Malibu, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, and West Los Angeles. Since then, he has developed extensive experience throughout Southwest Riverside County, with particular expertise in complex and specialized residential properties.
Since 2001, Brad has completed more than 800 custom home appraisals, 600 residential vacant land appraisals, and 100 horse property appraisals.
