SiG (SRCAR® institute Graduate)

SiG is an exciting new designation exclusively for SRCAR® REALTORS®!  A series of eight classes designed set you apart:

Sig 101; Loan & Appraisal:

This course is designed to explain the lending and appraisla processes and how the two interact with each other. Its designed to improve REALTORS’® lending and appraisal knowledge, making them more effective partners. The course will identify common loan myths and misnomers.

Sig 102; Code of Ethics

This course will help you understand the code of ethics, enforcement options, and dispute resolution options. It will identify key concepts of the preamble, review case history as well as current litigation, and recognize the Grievance Committee’s role.

Sig 103: Working with Sellers

This course will provide you best communication practices between sellers, agents, and buyers. It will review seller and buyer disclosure statements, active listening techniques, courteous showing protocols, honest and fair negotiation tactics, and teach you how to implement reliable seller procedures.

Sig 105: Contracts & Addendums

This course will cover how to protect you and your client using disclosures. It will review which addenda to utilize during real estate transactions. It will help you understand the language in each document and how best to distribute this information to the consumer executing the agreements. And finally, it will review templates you can use for day-to-day transactional negotiation.

Sig 106: Working with Agents

This course will provide you with professional communication strategies between agents and brokers. It will review listing and showing protocols, honest and fair negotiation tactics, teach you how to implement reliable buyer and seller procedures, review seller and agent disclosure statements as well as local customs.

Sig 107: Residential Purchase Agreements (RPA)

This course will review and provide detailed, step-by-step instruction on how to properly complete the California Residential Purchase Agreement (RPA) to protect and better serve you and your clients.

Sig 108: Working with Buyers

This course will cover necessary communication techniques, writing a “good offer’ and getting it accepted, when removing contingencies may be appropriate, safety protocols, and effective follow-up strategies.

An SRCAR® designation identifies you as a REAL ESTATE expert. Classes are scheduled throughout the year, and you can start anytime.
