SRCAR® Lockbox Lease Agreement – Terms and Conditions

Lockboxes may be leased for a monthly fee of $12.00 per box, due on the 1st of each month. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Declined credit/debit card payments will incur a $3.00 late fee per lockbox.
Automatic charges are processed on the 5th of each month. If the processing date falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be applied on the following business day. There are no refunds, credits or prorations.
Payment will automatically be debited from the Lessees’ credit/debit card account on the 5th of every month. No notification will be given (phone call or email) when automatic charges are due and applied.
A $25.00 cleaning fee will be applied if the lockbox is returned dirty (paint, mud, dirt, grease, etc.)
Lessee is responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged lockboxes (not caused by malfunction) at the full purchase price. Electronic lockboxes can become defective, and batteries can go out. If the lockbox malfunctions it is the agent’s responsibility to remove the shackle and return it for an exchange. Bolt cutters are available at the SRCAR® Murrieta and Hemet offices.
Failure to pay for leased lockboxes each month will result in loss of key service. All leased lockboxes must be returned to an SRCAR® office should membership become inactivated, terminated, or suspended. Regardless of membership status, recurring lease debit charges will continue until the lockbox is returned to an SRCAR® office.

I understand that it is my responsibility to always keep an extra set of keys.*

It is my responsibility to update the auto debit card information and I will be responsible for late penalties if not updated by the due date. I understand and agree with the Association’s no refund policy.
