Hours for Membership Processing are Monday – Friday, from 8:00am – 4:00pm.
Hours for New Key Service are Monday – Friday, from 8:00am – 4:30pm.
- You must complete the entire Membership Application along with the necessary signatures.
- If you are paying by Credit Card on the application, please fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form and include that with you application.
- If you are not a broker, the registered Broker must sign the Application prior to us being able to process.
- Your completed application must be accompanied with a copy of your Real Estate License (Note: your wallet license will suffice) and your current Drivers License or other Government Issues Identification.
- For membership dues you can pay by check, cash or credit card – credit cards accepted are Visa/Master Card, Discover and American Express.
Please Note: Our Returned Check Policy – The fee for all returned checks for any reason is $50.00. The Board of Directors has adopted this fee and only they can amend or waive it.
