Hours for Membership Processing are Monday – Friday, from 8:00am – 4:00pm.

Hours for New Key Service are Monday – Friday, from 8:00am – 4:30pm.

  1. You must complete the entire Membership Application along with the necessary signatures.
  2. If you are paying by Credit Card on the application, please fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form and include that with you application.
  3. If you are not a broker, the registered Broker must sign the Application prior to us being able to process.
  4. Your completed application must be accompanied with a copy of your Real Estate License (Note: your wallet license will suffice) and your current Drivers License or other Government Issues Identification.
  5. For membership dues you can pay by check, cash or credit card – credit cards accepted are Visa/Master Card, Discover and American Express.

Please Note: Our Returned Check Policy – The fee for all returned checks for any reason is $50.00. The Board of Directors has adopted this fee and only they can amend or waive it.
