SRCAR® ‡Orientation is mandatory for new member who have not attended an orientation at another association. The $20 state political assessment will be designated toward C.A.R.’s ¤REALTOR® Action Fund (RAF). If you choose not to contribute to RAF, you must do so in writing and the entire assessment of $20 will be placed in the SRCAR® general fund and used for other purposes.
